Miles Bridges

Charlotte Hornets restricted free agent Miles Bridges pleaded not guilty to three felony domestic violence charges during his arraignment Wednesday morning in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Bridges has been accused of assaulting his girlfriend in front of their two children last month, and the three felony charges were filed Tuesday by Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon.

“Domestic violence creates physical, mental and emotional trauma that has a lasting impact on survivors,” District Attorney Gascón said. “Children who witness family violence are especially vulnerable and the impact on them is immeasurable. Mr. Bridges will be held accountable for his actions and our Bureau of Victim Services will support the survivors through this difficult process.”

According to the LA District Attorney’s office, Miles Bridges faces up to 11 years, 8 months in prison if convicted of the current domestic violence charges against him.
