Basketballghana.com can confirm Ghanaian Forward Ben Bentil has departed Olimpia Milano following the conclusion of the 2021-2022 Season.
Bentil’s departure ends his run at the club that lasted almost an entire season following his arrival from Turkish side Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul.
He joins the likes of Malcom Delaney and Troy Daniels on the departing list of players from the Italian giant. However, Devon Hall will stay for another season same as veteran undersized Center Kyle Hines.

The 27 year old played a solid role in Milano’s Italian Serie A and Italian Cup title winning campaign; in the Euroleague, Milano made it to the quarterfinals.
The 2016 NBA Draft 51st overall pick averaged nine points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 29 league games including the playoffs. In the Euroleague, he averaged five points and 2.4 rebounds in 15 minutes across 23 games.
The Sekondi native has played professional basketball in Greece, Spain and France after a brief stint with Dallas Mavericks in the NBA.
