For the third time on the bounce, the winning team in the Game of Threes 3×3 Basketball Competition changed; this comes in the aftermath of the just ended edition headlined by Decathlon Ghana.
The Decathlon Game of Threes was held recently at the Decathlon Shop at Kawukudi in Ghana’s capital, Accra. The car park of Ghana’s biggest sports shop was converted into a basketball court for the event.
Galaxy Basketball emerged winners of the competition and became the third team in three editions held this year to win the tournament.
Team Iconics and Asafo Klicks won the Golden Jam and Caveman editions held in Kumasi and Adenta respectively. Swish Ladies won the Female category in the Caveman edition.
Galaxy’s full roster competes in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II and the team competed in last season’s Finals.
Game of Threes is a 3×3 Basketball competition organized by sports apparel and basketball event organizing firm ClockWork Brand with a grad aim of hosting similar competitions in other parts of Ghana.
