Basketballghana.com can confirm the Game of Threes Decathlon Open Basketball Tournament has been postponed. The one day tournament was originally scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 22 at the Decathlon Shop Car Park at Kawukudi in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
The postponement Ghana’s leading basketball portal gathers is down to “technical reasons” beyond the control of the organizers; a new date is yet to be determined and will be communicated in due time.
The postponed event was set to be the third of its kind organized this year in the aftermath of the successful organization of the Golden Jam in Kumasi and Caveman Jam organized at the Adenta Court in Accra.
Lead sports apparel and basketball events organization firm ClockWork Brand organizes the Game of Threes Tournament; the competition is a 3×3 Basketball event that has been held in multiple cities in Ghana and headlined by multiple corporate organizations.
The Decathlon Open is open to Male and Female 3×3 Basketball Players; 3×3 basketball is an abridged version of the sport and has grown in popularity over the years.
