Basketballghana.com can confirm EN Paralimini has been eliminated from the Cyprus Basketball Pro A League in the first round. American-Ghanaian Guard Milan Acquaah plays for Paralimni but was not part of the team as has been the case since his December 6, 2021 outing against Apoel.
Paralimni lost 63-80 to AEK Larnaca to bow out of the postseason via a 0-3 loss in the best of five games series. Larnaca had five players end the game with double figures in scoring while Paralimni had just two players (Eric McClellan and DeAndre Dickson) score in double figures.
McClellan led the way with 25 points and Dickson added 18 points in the loss and whatever turned out to be the last game of the 2021-2022 season for Paralimni.
Acquaah signed his first professional contract with Paralimni after graduating from California Baptist University where he played for two season after transferring from Washington State University.
He played in 10 games prior to his absence from the team and averaged 18.2 points, 5.7 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 31 minutes.
