Basketballghana.com gathers Ghana Center Amida Brimah is likely to miss tonight’s BNXT Basketball League game against Den Bosch due to an apparent ankle injury.

Brimah suffered the injury after just 1:19 minutes in Filou Oostende’s previous league game against Zwolle; Oostende won the matchup 83-54 to extend its winning run in the league. Filou has won 22 games in a row.

Aside Brimah, Filou is likely to play tonight’s game without two other players Simon Buysse and Pierre-Antoine Gillet. Youngster Xander Pintelton replaced Brimah and registered eight points and seven rebounds in 22:41 minutes in the win over Zwolle.

Brimah is competing in his first season with Filou and has been an instrumental figure in the team’s run to the Belgian Basketball Cup Final; the team lost to Limburg United.
