Basketballghana.com can report Filou Oostende has grabbed a win over Limburg United in the Belgian Basketball League ahead of the Belgian Basketball Cup Final game involving both teams.
The two teams are scheduled to face off in the Cup Final on Sunday, March 13 to determine the winner of the Cup in the 2021-2022 season.
Filou recorded a 99-82 win over Limburg in the league tie with Ghana Center Amida Brimah registering 11 points, six rebounds, a steal and four blocks in 16:57 minutes of game time.
6 foot 11 inch defender Brimah was perfect shooting from the field as he scored all five two point shot attempts; his sole miss in the game was from the free throw line where he scored one of two attempts in the game.
He was one of six Filou players to score in double figures; Olivier Troisfontaine led Oostende with 16 points and three rebounds. Later tonight, Filou plays Spirou Chaleroi in the league.
