Basketballghana.com can confirm Ghana Forward Ben Bentil is in line to compete in the 2021-2022 Italian Basketball Cup Final game.
This comes on the back of Olimpia Milano beating Brescia 69-63 in the semifinals to book its spot in the Final. Bentil plays for Mialno and is in line to win his second Cup Tournament in two years.
Bentil played 11 minutes in the six point win for Milano and registered five points, two rebounds and an assist. The former Boston Celtics draftee attempted just three shots in the game and converted on two attempts with one coming from three point range.
Sergio Rodriguez led Milano with 22 points, four rebounds and three assists in 27 minutes after connecting scoring a trio of three pointers.
Bentil won the Greek Cup and League title in the 2020-2021 Season at Panathinaikos before moving to Italy and could repeat the double win this season as Milano leads the league standings.
Milano plays Tortona at 17:00 GMT tonight in the Italian Cup final.
