Mawugbe in action for Santa Cruz

6 foot 10 inch Mawugbe scored one of field goal shot attempts in the game and gathered two of his rebounds on the defensive end in the beat down. Mawugbe missed most of the exhibition tournament and only started to compete once the NBA G league got underway.

Santa Cruz takes on Iowa on Monday, February 14; heading into the game, the Warrior rank 10th in the 13 team standings in the Western Conference while South Bay Lakers rank third in the same Conference that is led by Agua Caliente Clippers.

Mawugbe is in his second season in the G-League after getting drafted by the Development league following his graduation from Azusa Pacific University.
