Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF) Chairman Musa Kida has been retained and will serve as the Federation’s Head for the next four years after winning the recently organized elections.
The long awaited elections were finally conducted after several delays under the guise of basketball world governing body FIBA and Nigeria’s Olympic Committee on Monday, January 31.
Kida polled enough votes to retain his seat as Chairman and used the opportunity to call on stakeholders to support the administration to aid Nigerian basketball win.

However, no task is insurmountable if we put our minds to it and forge ahead. I am using this opportunity to call on all the stakeholders to join hands with the new NBBF Board to move the game to greater height” he said via NBBF’s Official Twitter page.
