Basketballghana.com can report Ghanaian Forward Kobby Ayetet has put in a good shift for Bowi State University in the Bulldogs latest win in the American Men’s College Basketball circuit.
Bowie State picked up its seventh win of the 2021-2022 Regular Season following its close 71-68 win over Elizabeth City State University. Bowie State has seven wins and 13 losses this season.
Ayetey played 33 minutes as a starter and registered 13 points, four rebounds, an assist and two blocks in the win; he was tied for second in scoring for Bowie State as David McCollough led the way with 14 points.
The 6 foot 7 inch graduate student from North Carolina Central University scored five of nine two point shots and converted three of five three point shot attempts. However, he missed his sole free throw shot attempt.
After a terrible start to the season where Bowie State lost seven straight games, the team is performing better mid way through the campaign and is scheduled to play Winston-Salem State University on Monday, January 31.
