Basketballghana.com gathers Team Manager of Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s side Tudu Magic, Anthony Nartey Adjorh, has passed away.
His demise was reported on Tuesday, January 25 after the popular figure known simply as “TM” battled with illness for some time. Cause of his death is yet to be confirmed.
The elder statesman was often spotted on the sidelines of ABL games played at one of the ABL’s league venues-the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.
Due to deteriorating health issues, his appearances at games grew few and far between and he is sure to be missed by the Basketball fraternity especially in the ABL circuit.
Since the announcement of his passing, a handful of basketball personalities have paid tribute to the late Adjorh with Magic Coach Hashim Brimah leading the tributes.
“RIP Mr. Anthony Adjorh ™ father to all” he said while Tema Youth Head Coach Emmanuel “Rubberman” Quaye stated, “May his soul R.I.P. our only father”.
Galaxy Coach Lawal Brimah topped it up by stating, “May the Almighty grant him a peaceful eternal rest”.
Details on the funeral are yet to be announced.
