Basketballghana.com can report for the second game in a row, Ghana Forward Reggie Agbeko has led his team, Zornotza, in the scoring department.
In Zornotza’s 72-66 win over Clavijo in Round 15 of the 2021-2022 Regular Season in the Spanish lower tier division, Agbeko scored 15 points to pace his team in the win.
The 6 foot 7 inch player who can play Small Forward and Power Forward added seven rebounds and a block in 24 minutes as a starter. The win is Zornotza’s 11th win in 14 games this season to lead the West standings in Spain’s LEB Silver.
He converted six of nine two point attempts but missed out on his sole three point shot attempt and could have improved his individual score had he been more efficient from the free throw line where he scored three of seven shots.
Agbeko’s performance comes on the back of a 14 point and two rebounds outing in Round 14’s 65-66 loss to Girona. The former St. Louis University player led his team with his scoring count. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
