Basketballghana.com can confirm the Ghana Basketball Association (GBBA) has officially launched a Logo Design Competition as part of the Association’s rebranding process.

The new Executives of the GBBA are hell bent on improving the image and overall effectiveness of the Association and designing a new logo to officially represent the GBBA is the lead project.

The competition comes with a cash prize of $100 for the individual who designs the best logo for the Association in the coming weeks.

Officially, the logo design competition commenced earlier today 12:00 GMT and is scheduled to close at 11:59 GMT on Friday, January 21 with interested persons eligible to submit more than one design Ghana’s leading basketball portal can report.

This development comes in the wake of a busy spell of activities the Association has engaged in and will engage in recent weeks. The GBBA Executives formally visited the Director General of Ghana’s National Sports Authority recently. (Click highlighted text to read report on event)

The Association is expected to host a contingent from the Lithuania Basketball Federation later this week to commence activities earmarked in the Memorandum of Understanding signed in December, 2021.
