Ghana Center Emmanuel Dowuona produced his best performance thus far in the 2021-2022 US Men’s College Basketball 2021-2022 Regular Season for Tennessee State University Men’s Basketball Team.
Tennessee bagged its fifth win in 12 games thanks to a 108-66 win over Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg in its latest outing.
Burly 6 foot 10 inch Dowuona, played 14 minutes as a starter and produced 13 points, seven rebounds, two blocks and a steal. He turned the ball over once.
Former Purdue University defender Dowuona scored two of four two point shot attempts and proceeded to convert nine of 11 free throws to reach his highest scoring mark for the season.
This is Dowuona’s debut season competing for Tennessee after spending two frustrating seasons at Purdue University where he struggled for game time.
The third year player also battled COVID last season before deciding to move to move; his younger brother Ebenezer is enjoying an improved second year at North Carolina State University. (Click highlighted text to read game reports)
