Senegal’s capital Dakar, Egypt’s capital Cairo and Rwanda’s capital, Kigali will host games from the preliminary stage to the final stage with the Kigali Arena in line to host the knockout phase games.

The 2021 edition was held in a bubble in Rwanda due to the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic that forced the start of the competition to be moved from 2020 to 2021.
