Newly signed Olimpia Milano Ghana Forward Ben Bentil has described himself as a bully albeit a nice one when playing on the basketball court.
He said this in an interview with Milano’s channel in the wake of his move from Turkish side Bahacesehir Istanbul Koleji recently. Bentil has since played for Milano and registered 10 points, seven rebounds and a steal in 16 minutes off the bench in Olimpia’s 79-53 win over Brindisi. In the wide ranging interview, the former Providence College standout talked about his career as a professional basketball player and his days as a High School student in the United States of America after moving from Ghana as a teenager.
“I’m a bully – he describes himself -, but I’m a nice bully. I’m going to provide a lot of energy, which is something I’ll bring every time, and just go all in hard. I play extremely aggressive. Bentil won two league titles during his time at Panathinaikos and could end up with his third league title win as Milano leads the Italian Serie A standings is a big favourite to win the title.
