Basketballghana.com can confirm young Ghanaian Center Ebenezer Dowuona followed his outstanding rim protection exploits against Louisiana Tech University by with an improved performance on defense in North Carolina State University’s latest win in the US Men’s College Basketball 2021-2022 Regular Season.

The 6 foot 10 inch defender added four points, a steal and seven rebounds in 46 minutes-a career high-; Dowuona’s blocked shots tally was also a career high.

The second year player attempted no three point shot or free throw while scoring both field goal attempts including a crucial follow up layup off a missed shot in overtime to tie the game.

After playing sparingly in his freshman year last season (nine games in all), Dowuona is set to career high across board in games played, minutes and production. He has played in all seven games this season while registering career high in points, minutes and blocks.
