Milano is in advanced talks with Bahcesehir over Bentil per multiple sources as the Italian club bids to get a replacement for injured Forward Konstantinos Mitoglou.
Mitoglou suffered a fracture of the fifth metatarsal in his left foot and has undergone surgery is expected to be ruled out for the rest of the season.
The Greek international played with Bentil during the latter’s two year run at the Athens Club where he won the League title twice and last season’s Greek Cup.
Milano ranks third in the Euroleague standings and Bentil’s scoring touch makes him an ideal replacement for the injured Mitoglou.
Bentil has experience competing in the Euroleague where he averaged 2.6 rebounds and 6.0 points across 31 games mainly off the bench for Panathinaikos.
Milano leads the 16 team Italian Serie A standings with nine wins in nine games.
