Basketballghana.com can report Ghanaian youngster Ebenezer Dowuona started in North Carolina State University Men’s Basketball Team’s latest win in the 2021-2022 US College Basketball season.

North Carolina State beat University of Central Connecticut 79-65 in the Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase game; the team has three regular season wins in as many games. Dowuona started the game at Center.

The 6 foot 10 inch player played 20 minutes registering three points, a block and four rebounds while turning the ball over once in the game.

After struggling for minutes and production in his freshman season, Dowuona has made a promising start to the season averaging 3.0 points and 6.0 rebounds in 25 minutes prior to the win over Central Connecticut.

Dowuona converted one of two free throws and scored his sole field goal attempt; teammate Dereon Seabron registered 24 points, nine rebounds and three steals.

North Carolina State takes on its biggest test of the season thus far when the team plays Oklahoma State University later tonight.
