Ghanaian-American Guard Milan Acquaah had a below par performance in the biggest game in the Cyprus Basketball League when EN Paralimni clashed with AEK Larnaca.
Paralimni bagged a 75-73 win over Larnaca in the battle of the unbeaten teams in the league; with the win, Paralimni has seven wins in seven games. Larnaca has six wins in seven games.
Acquaah registered 10 points, eight assists, six rebounds, and a steal in 36 minutes in the win; Milan turned the ball over three times in the contest.
The 23 year old 6 foot 3 inch Guard went into the game averaging 22.2 points and 6.5 assists in his first year as a professional basketball player after graduating from California Baptist University in 2020.
Teammate DeAndre Dickson led all players with 25 points and eight rebounds; Acquaah has slipped out of the Top 5 rankings in scoring but still ranks second in the league with 6.7 assists.
Paralimni takes on ninth ranked Apollon on Friday, November 19.
