Saturday, October 30 2021 is sure to be a landmark day as the Ghana Basketball Association (GBBA) and Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) are scheduled to elect executives to the respective bodies.

Interested candidates are expected to return their filled forms on October 26 prior to a screening by the electoral committee on October 27 ahead of the NBBF Elections.

The Nigerian elections are to be held in Benin City, Edo State with the positions of President, Vice President and Zonal Representatives into the North-central, North-East, North-West, South-East, South-South, and South-West zones up for grabs.

In Ghana, 18 representatives of as many constituents will decide on personnel to occupy positions of President, Vice President (Finance and Administration), Vice President (Technical and Development Programmes) and Treasurer.

Ato Van-Ess and Dr. Andre Kwasi-Kumah are gunning the Presidential seat.
