Former Indiana Pacers defender Brimah has been fined an unspecific amount per reports reaching Ghana’s biggest basketball portal.
The incident comes as a shock considering Brimah’s aggressive but controlled style of play; he will miss Game 5 of the series against Leones.
Brimah registered four points, three blocks, five rebounds and an assist in 28:39 minutes in the Game 4 win; he is averaging 9.8points and 5.3 rebounds in the series.
The loss of Brimah is bound to hurt Mets since the team is missing star Point Guard David Stockton due to a hamstring injury.
