The Presidential aspirant earlier today rolled out his campaign message; 18 constituents with two representatives per constituency will vote on the aspirants on October 30.

Despite a strong interest and a passionate fan base-albeit a small one with enormous potential to grow-basketball still struggles with a ton of problems particularly chronic financing.
