Acquiring Ghana Center Amida Brimah midway through the 2021 BSN League proved a masterstroke for Mets De Guaynabo as it spurred the team’s run to make it to the playoffs in Puerto Rico’s top Basketball league.

Despite falling 71-79 to Brujos Guayama with Amida Brimah inactive for the game, it was enough for Mets to make the playoffs thanks to its 17 wins and 15 loss record.

The playoffs are scheduled to commence on Sunday, October 10 with the top four ranked teams in Groups A and B respectively set to compete across board.
