Tudu Galaxy Basketball Academy has lost for the first time in the 2021 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II Regular Season.

The team suffered a 69-76 loss to veteran side Panthers in the last round of league games played at the Prisons Court in Cantonments in Accra.

Prior to the loss, Galaxy had mustered seven wins in as many games and was the only team without a loss in the division. Panthers and Galaxy share the same record after the result with both teams spotting seven wins and a loss.

The matchup was the last of three games honoured at the league venue as Icons Academy produced a 53-35 win over Accra Flames for its sixth win in eight games.

On the other hand, Flames season just moved from bad to worse as the team slumped to its seventh loss in eight outings and remains rooted at the bottom of Group C’s standings.

Basketball School Academy beat Juniour Reformers 60-55; Reformers have the worst record in the division with no wins in eight games.
