Ghana Forward Ben Bentil followed his league leading performance in the opening round of games in the Turkish League with a 13 point outing over the weekend.

The 26 year old Small Forward added five rebounds and two assists in 28 minutes in Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul’s 81-90 loss to Pinar Kasiyaka.

Bentil converted four of seven two point shot attempts, converted one of two three point shot attempts and converted two of three free throw attempts as a starter.

In the previous contest, Bentil led Koleji Istanbul to an 86-77 win over Besiktas with 21 points, seven rebounds, four assists and a steal in 27 minutes. (Click highlighted text to watch video)

However, against Kasiyaka, Bentil’s efficiency on the offensive side dropped off and teammate Baygul Mohammed emerged as the top scorer with 15 points in the contest.

Colson Bonzie Jnr. led all players with 41 points leading Kasiyaka to its second win in as many games; Bahcesehir has a win and a loss in two games played this season.
