Basketballghana.com can report Ghanaian-Italian International Small Forward/ Shooting Guard Awudu Abass had a near perfecting scoring performance to help his team progress to the Italian Basketball Super Cup semifinals.
Abass helped Virtus Bologna beat Tortona 74-66 in the quarterfinals by registering eight points, four rebounds and two steals in 18 minutes off the bench.
The 6 foot 6 inch player converted four of five two point shot attempts and missed his solo three point shot attempt and attempted no free throws.
Two of Abass’ points came via a two handed fast break dunk after stealing the ball and once again highlighting his impressive defensive contribution to the team. (Click highlighted text to watch video)
