Guaynabo Owners Marc Grossman and Mark Linder chimed in on acquiring the 6 foot 10 inch defender who last played for Indiana Pacers in the NBA Summer League.
“Amida’s elite shot-blocking could provide the defensive presence we’ve been lacking. He also has the ability to impact games as a rebounder and a pick and roll player” Grossman said.
Linder added, “The season hasn’t played out the way we drew it up, but we are still in a great position to succeed” alluding to Brimah’s presence could spell the change the team needs to excel.
Brimah joined the BSN League during the All Star Break and league games are scheduled to commence later tonight with Guaynabo taking on Bayamon.
Ghana’s biggest basketball portal can confirm Guaynabo has 10 more league games to play to see out the Regular Season. Brimah has spent a majority of his professional career playing in the NBA Gatorade League.
