Basketballghana.com can confirm the 2021 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Regular Season has hit the midseason point and a break in competition is in effect.
The midseason break comes on the heels of the completion of league games this immediate past week at the Prisons Court venue in Cantonments in Accra.
Games in all three divisions were honoured including fixtures involving Tudu Galaxy and Ghana Navy who clinched wins over Kaneshie Swanlakers and Accra Flames respectively.
Ghana’s leading hoops portal can also confirm league action will resume on Tuesday, September 7 with first round games schedule reversed to see out the remainder of the campaign.
A meeting to review the first half of the season is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 1 at the Prisons Juniour Officers Mess right next to the Prisons Court. The ABL Board has arranged this meeting and each league team is expected to have two representatives at the meeting.
However, two outstanding league games are to be honoured on September 1 in the Men’s Division.
