Ghana and Indiana Pacers Center Amida Brimah recorded his most minutes thus far in the 2021 NBA Summer League Tournament in his team’s latest outing in the competition.
Amida played 14:30 minutes in Indiana’s 95-61 win over Oklahoma City Thunder in the ongoing preseason competition taking place in Las Vegas. (Click highlighted text to watch game highlights)
Prior to this contest, the most Brimah had played was 11:04 minutes against Atlanta Hawks; he played little over 10 minutes against New York Knicks.
After converting one of four shot attempts, the 6 foot 10 inch defender recorded six rebounds, a steal, a block and two points in the win.
Brimah has had an underwhelming Summer League thus far as he was expected to excel heading into the competition on the back of making his NBA debut last season.
The 27 year old gets the chance to shine on Monday, August 16 as Indiana plays Washington Wizards; Brimah is on a Two Way contract with the Pacers.
