All games are to be played at the Kigali Arena in Rwanda with 16 teams competing for the title; Tunisia is the defending champion from the 2017 edition that had the North African nation beat Nigeria.

In the Women’s Division, Nigeria is the defending champion and would look to successfully defend its title after its disappointing run in Tokyo.
