Basketballghana.com can confirm the competition celebrating FIBA 3X3 Basketball dubbed “Game of Threes” tips off this weekend.

The program organized by sports apparel and event company ClockWork Brand comes off on Friday, July 30 at the Brunei Sports Complex at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana’s capital, Kumasi.

The program tips off at 12 noon with registration to for prospective teams to compete open to the public per reports reaching Ghana’s leading basketball portal.

This event comes at a time where 3X3 Basketball-the abridged version of the standard basketball game-is thriving in popularity around the world.

Tapping into this version of basketball that is played at break neck pace, highlights ClockWork brand’s emphasis on equipping players in Ghana with shooting and ball handling skills that are essential in 3×3 Basketball.
