Basketballghana.com the COVID 19 Vaccination program rolled out by the Accra Basketball League (ABL) is the final hurdle that has been cleared before the league starts according to ABL Director Alex Kukula.

He opined this in a an exclusive chat with Basketballghana.com during the COVID 19 Vaccination program for the league that recently concluded at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu in Accra.

Players and all personnel connected to the league were expected to take the vaccine to ensure their health safety throughout the upcoming season. The League communicated prior to the program that players who had not vaccinated wouldn’t be allowed to compete in the league.

Asked whether the vaccination program was the last major hurdle cleared to allow the league to start, Kukula was affirmative in his response stating:

“Yes I think so. I think from this we are now thinking about the format we will go through because most of the time is gone. We are thinking of what format we will play the league that one is in the works.” (Click highlighted text to watch full interview)
