Basketballghana.com can confirm the registration of teams to compete in the Tema Basketball League has commenced ahead of the start of the 2021 season.
The specific start date is yet to be determined but per related information released recently, it is clear the league will commence in the coming weeks soon.
The Tema Basketball League is still on an extended break in the aftermath of the 2019 League campaign due to the CVODI 19 pandemic but with strict measures on participation in contact sports easing, the league is sure to commence soon.
Teams have kept themselves busy and in shape by engaging in friendly games with reigning league champions Nungua Coldstore taking on close rival Spintex Knights in a reenactment of the 2019 Finals.
2017 League Champions Tema Community 4 plays Sakumono Titans this weekend after taking on Ghana Navy Basketball Team at the Biekro Court.
Teams expected to compete in the upcoming league are to complete the registration process.
