Ghana Forward Ben Bentil starred in an important win for Panathinaikos Basketball Club in the ongoing Greek Basketball League Finals Series.

Bentil came off the bench to produce a dazzling display and secure Panathinaikos a 103-74 win over Lavrio in Game 3 of the Finals Series. The win puts Panathinaikos ahead in the series. (Click highlighted text to watch highlights)

The 6 foot 8 inch player who plays Small Forward and Power Forward registered 28 points, five rebounds, an assist and a block in 20 minutes.

Following Game 2’s 89-94 loss to Lavrio where Bentil played just 11 minutes and delivered six points, six rebounds and two assists, the Sekondi native got more minutes and repaid Head Coach Oded Kattash with a game leading scoring production.

The former Providence College standout scored all eight free throw attempts, converted 10 of 12 field goal attempts but missed his sole three point shot attempt in the contest.
