Patron of North Kaneshie Swan Lakers Basketball Club Dr. Andre Kwasi-Kumah has stated the Ghana Basketball Conference is a fine opportunity to move basketball in the nation forward.

He stated this in an exclusive chat with Basketballghana.com ahead of the Conference set to take place via Zoom.

The Conference is a partnership between Ghana Basketball Association (GBBA) and RITE Sports Limited; a set date is yet to be communicated officially.

“I play on several courts and as I have said, I’ve heard a lot of people talk about which direction the basketball in this country is going, where is our national team, where is Ghana when they mention Africa basketball, we’ve been hearing complaints over the years so I think this is a fine opportunity for us to come together, plan, put our energies together and move the game of basketball forward in the country” the CEO of Eden Family Hospital stated. A slew of Coaches, Administrators and other stakeholders are expected to speak at the Conference.
