Ghana Forward Ben Bentil is in line to compete in the EuroLeague Regular Season 2020-2021 season matchup later tonight for Panathinaikos.
The Greek side takes on Turkish team Anadolou Efes at 17:30 GMT at the Sirnan Erdem Dome in Turkey with an enormous challenge against one of the best teams in Europe’s premier competition.
Panathinaikos has 10 wins and 18 losses heading into the contest while Anadolou has 19 wins and 11 losses; Anadolou ranks third in the 18 team league standings with Panathinaikos ranked 16th.
Bentil is averaging 5.4 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15 minutes across 25 games with five games as a starter. The Sekondi native has largely played off the bench during his time at the Athens club.
Despite having a poor showing in Europe, Panathinaikos continues to dominate the Greek Super League after winning last season’s league campaign.
Panathinaikos has 14 wins and two losses in the Greek League; this is Bentil’s second campaign of a two year deal the former Providence College standout signed after moving from Peristeri.
