Ghana born French Point Guard Yakuba Ouattara delivered a strong performance for Coosur Real Betis in his return game after international duties with France.
Betis played Zaragoza this past weekend and lost 82-85 in a close game that kept Betis in the bottom half of the standings in 17th place in the 19 team league.
Ouattara registered 19 points, seven rebounds, an assist and a steal in 29 minutes as a starter as an undersized Small Forward standing 6 foot 3 inches.
The versatile Betis Guard led all Betis players in rebounds with seven including four on the offensive end; he scored three of seven shot attempts from three point range.
Ouattara helped France secure qualification to the 2022 European Nations Basketball Championship (EuroBasket) with wins over Germany and Montenegro. Ouattara scored 11 points off the bench against Montenegro.
Senegal International Center Youssou Ndoye led all players in the contest in scoring with 21 points and added two blocks and five rebounds.
