Ghana Center Amida Brimah has delivered his highest scoring output in the 2021 NBA Gatorade League (G League) thus far; the production came in Fort Wayne Mad Ants 109-108 win over Agua Caliente Clippers.

The 6 foot 11 inch defender registered 14 points, seven rebound, three blocks and an assist in 26 minutes as a starter; prior to this game, Brimah’s best scoring mark was a 12 point outing.

As has been the case for most of his career, Amida was efficient scoring the ball as he converted all six of his attempts in the contest and scored one of two free throws.

Fort Wayne adopted a small ball lineup with Brimah as the only player above 6 foot 6 inches; 6 foot 36 inch Brian Bowen II played at Power Forward.

The win is Mad Ants fifth this season in 11 games and places the team in 10th place in the 18 team league standings. Fort Wayne plays Lakeland Magic later tonight.
