Ghana Forward Ben Bentil impressed off the bench helping Panathinaikos pull off its latest win in the Greek Super League over the weekend.
In just 14 minutes, the 6 foot 8 inch Forward scored 14 points in Panathinaikos’ 93-75 win over Aris; the win is Panathinaikos’ ninth in 10 games this season.
Bentil registered a double double in the league contest thanks to adding 10 rebounds to his scoring output; Bentil scored five points in 15 minutes in a 74-100 loss to Fenerbache in the prior EuroLeague contest.
The 2016 NBA Draft 51st overall pick scored three of six shots from two point range and added five of six shots from the free throw line. He did score one of four attempted three point shots.
He was one of three players on Panathinaikos team to score in double figures with the others being Nemanja Nedovic and Konstantinos Mitoglou who scored 12 and 15 points respectively.
Panathinaikos leads the Greek league but has struggled in the EuroLeague.
