Ghana Forward Ben Bentil is in line to feature for Panathinaikos Basketball Club in a league contest later today at 18:00 GMT against AEK Athens.
The all Athens matchup has a lot at stake tonight as both teams battle for second place in the league behind Peristeri with the latter club having played two more games than the duo.
Playing AEK comes on the back of Panathinaikos 77-89 loss to Zenit St. Petersburg in the EuroLeague earlier this week that had Bentil score eight points.
The Small Forward who is used primarily at the Power Forward position this season played 17:56 minutes of the contest off the bench.
He registered eight points and three rebounds in another loss in the continental competition’s regular season and further deepening the qualifications woes of Panathinaikos. The team has five wins and 12 losses.
On the other hand, Panathinaikos has seven wins in eight games in the league and ranks fourth; the team was declared league winners after last season’s campaign was cancelled due to COVID.
