Ghana born Shooting Guard Yakuba Ouattara continued his fine form after helping France win two games in as many appearances as he led all scorers on his team.
Ouattara scored 11 points as the joint top scorer for Coosur Real Betis in the team’s 55-72 loss to MoraBanc Andorra in the Spanish Endesa League.
Senegal international Yossou Ndoye also scored 11 points in the loss which is Betis 10th of the 2020-2021 Regular season in Spain. It was new Head Coach Joan Plaza’s first game in charge following his appointment.
28 year old Guard Ouattara added three rebounds and an assist to his tally in 24 minutes off the bench; a few days prior, he led France with 24 points after starting from the bench.
The latest loss means Betis ranks 17th on the 19 team league standings with two wins and 10 losses with Real Madrid leading the way with 11 wins and no losses.
Ouattara was born in Tepa in Ghana and has represented France at the senior level on 13 occasions. He played for AS Monaco before moving to Spain.
