Basketballghana.com can report Ghanaian Small Forward Reggie Agbeko was in action last night and helped his team clinch a win in Spain’s Lower Basketball Division.

Agbeko’s team Ventero Villarobledo beat Jairis 53-52 in a close contest on Wednesday, November 11 with the win giving Ventero’s its first victory in the 2020-2021 season.

Agbeko played College basketball at St. Louis University in the US.

The former Cape Coast based Forward registered three points, a steal, an assist and six rebounds in 19 minutes of play off the bench.

He converted one of two shot attempts from two point range and converted one of two free throw shot attempts. He however, missed his sole three point shot attempt and committed three turnovers.

Guillem Sabates missed out on leading all players in scoring with 12 points as Jairis’ Shane DaRosa scored 14 points to pace all players in the contest.

Agbeko’s averages for the season stands at 5.7 points and six rebounds per game; Ventero ranks 10th on the East standings which has 14 teams competing. Agbeko measures at 6 foot 7 inches.
