Tema Community 2 Basketball Club is in line to compete in the 2020 Tema Basketball League season donning a new set of jerseys Basketballghana.com gathers.
The Club’s new kit is heavy on the black colour with sections of grey, violet and yellow colours at the neck area and on the side of the jersey.
After having a quiet offseason unlike other teams like Tema Community 4 and Spintex Knights, this latest development will rev up the team’s fan base as preparation continues for the season to commence.
The league’s commencement this year has been delayed several months due to the corona virus pandemic that forced a ban on contact sports.
However, the ban was lifted last month and it is likely a boat load of basketball related activities will take place in the final third of the year including the Tema League which is fast gaining popularity.
Community 2 competed in the 2019 Playoffs but ranked fourth overall after ceding the third place game series.
