Ghanaian-French Shooting Guard Yakuba Ouattara continues his solid start to life in the Endesa League-Spain’s top flight basketball league-after scoring in double figures in his second game in a row.
Ouattara registered 11 points and two rebounds in 21 minutes as a starter for Coosur Real Betis in his team’s 80-87 loss to Obradoiro this past weekend.
The French International lined up at Small Forward in the starting lineup and converted one of two shots from two point range and converted all three attempts from three point range in the contest.
It marks Ouattara’s second double digit scoring outing in as many games following his 10 point output on his competitive debut for the club he signed for this offseason after spending five years with French side AS Monaco.
Betis struggled to score from deep as the team converted just seven of 22 attempts in the contest despite a 23 point outing from Ryan Harrow off the bench.
Coosur has dropped its opening pair of games this season.
