It is the team’s second loss in as many games in the Super Cup that dovetails into the 2020-2021 season; the first for Cournooh after moving from Virtus Bologna in the offseason.

This comes on the back of a 15 point, six rebounds and one assist outing in a 66-87 loss to his former team, veteran Guard Cournooh poured in another double digit scoring mark.

Since his move after a two year stint in Bologna mainly off the bench, Cournooh has had a fine run thus far and is set to play extensive minutes in the upcoming campaign.

Fellow new signing Jarvis Williams delivered 20 points, six rebounds and two assists in the loss. Cournooh has represented Italy at multiple levels including the senior national team at the Mediterranean Games in 2006.
