Due to war in his homeland, Deng spent several years in England and went on to represent Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics as one of the high profile figures on the team as two time NBA All Star with Chicago Bulls.

“I know the situation back home and what my people have been through for many years. I also see the talent and I know the potential and I wanted to come back and do something” he said.
