Two time Sprite Ball Champions Kumasi Girls Senior High School lead the semifinal fixtures for the 2020 Sprite Ball Championship taking place at the El Wak Stadium in Accra.
Kumasi Girls play Shama Senior High School in the opening game at the semifinal stage with the former heading to the game with an unbeaten run.
The 2019 Champions won all three games in Group A including a 27-12 win over Presbyterian Senior High School (Osu-PRESEC) in the final Group game.
Shama got its campaign off to a two game winning run but was pegged in its final against St. Louis Senior High School. Shama lost 17-24 to St. Louis.
Osu-PRESEC plays St.Louis in the final game of the stage with a place in the final game at stake; St. Louis and Shama progressed from Group B at the expense of Wesley Girls High School and Accra Wesley Girls Senior High School.
Wesley Girls ended its run with two wins in three games after beating Accra Wesley Girls 21-12.
