Ahead of the highly anticipated All Star Game between Tema and Accra at the Africa Basketball Festival, representatives of both teams have received jerseys for the game.
The All Star Game takes place on Tuesday, December 24 at the Bukom Arena in Ghana’s capital, Accra; the slam dunk contest, three point shooting contest and ladies free throw shooting contest are scheduled to be held at the Festival that celebrates basketball in the West African nation.
Earlier today, Alex Kukula-Manager of Team Accra- and veteran Tema based Coach Emmanuel Worbil were presented with the jerseys on the Rundown Show on Ghana channel Kwese TV.
The presentation was done by Host Yaw Sakyi Afari in the presence of Ghana Basketball Association Chairman David Addo Ashong in the build up to the game.
Blue dominates Team Tema’s kit with an orange strip on the side while Team Accra’s kit has the opposite elements at play with a dominant orange colour and blue strip on the side.
Only players who compete in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I and Tema Community Basketball League made the respective teams.
